Her practice is rooted in Narrative Therapy and Transactional Analysis.
Works with adolescents and adults on mood-related concerns, depression, and neurodivergence, helping clients understand emotional patterns and internal conflicts. Her approach integrates psychodynamic therapy with an emotion-focused approach.
Supports individuals and families through anxiety, OCD, and depression, extending to the geriatric population and caregiving families. Draws from CBT, mindfulness-based practice, supportive and humanistic therapy.
