COLLABORATIONS
Our work beyond the centre.
We partner with institutions and communities to bring conversations around emotional wellbeing, life skills, and mental health into schools, colleges, workplaces, and social environments — sessions designed to be interactive, experiential, and context-specific.
Workshops on career exploration, stress and time management, friendships and relationships, and the transition from college to work life — plus internship placements, wellness booths, and street plays (nukkad nataks).
Employee wellbeing sessions on work-life balance, stress management, mindfulness at work, team bonding, and leadership — including drum circles and movement-based sessions.
Sessions with underserved children, shelter homes, orphans, and children of sex workers — building confidence, communication, and safe, non-judgmental spaces through art and movement.

How We Design Our Programs
- Sessions are customised based on the group and context.
- We use experiential tools like art, movement, music, and reflection.
- The focus is on participation, not just instruction.
Across clubs and social groups we have also conducted drum circles, mental health awareness sessions, and community wellbeing workshops — bringing together people from different age groups to engage, reflect, and connect.
